discretion of the tuition Bank management.

REPLACEMENT SERVICE
We take extreme care when handling sunglasses that you send to us
for replacement because of any reason. We first carefully evaluate sun
glasses for any structural weaknesses or defects. If your sun glasses
fails this first inspection, we will return the frame to you at no cost.
At no time do we have any obligation to provide replacement services, and we
reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any time.
